So, why hire a travel agent when there are so many sites for public consumers such as Expedia, Travelocity, and more? Since becoming a travel agent, I have answered this more times than I can count. Yes, you can do it yourself, but who is going to help when things go wrong? The answer is nobody. You will have to fend for yourself. This has been seen and experienced by so many during the pandemic because so many travelers are out hundred if not thousands of dollars.

My Most Recent Vacation
On our last vacation, my husband and I spent a night in New Orleans, Louisiana to attend a Weird Al concert and then fly out to visit family in Tucson, Arizona. New Orleans (NOLA) is a bustling city especially the French Quarter area with live music and street performers. We were lucky enough to stay close to the French Quarter. Before the concert, my husband and I wondered down to the French Quarter for the traditional beignets and coffee at Cafe Du Monde. Their iced chicory coffee is a favorite of mine which I always get when I am there as we only live about an hour and half away.
